Delete your BoxArena account
How to request permanent account deletion from any BoxArena app (User, Partner, or Scorer), including without installing the app.

1. Delete in the app
Open Profile (or Account) → Delete account → confirm. You will be signed out after the request is accepted.
2. Delete without the app
Email support@boxarena.app with subject “Delete my BoxArena account”.
Include your registered Indian mobile number (+91…) and which app you use (User / Partner / Scorer).
We verify the request, then anonymise personal data. Target completion: within 15 days of verification.
3. What we keep
Financial transaction rows may be retained in anonymised form where tax or payment regulations require retention.
