These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of BoxArena websites and apps (User, Partner, and Scorer). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
BoxArena operates a sports platform for discovering venues, booking courts, challenging players, live scoring, and related wallet features in India (currently focused on Lucknow and surrounding areas).

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use paid bookings, wallet deposits, challenge entry fees, or payouts.
Provide accurate information (including a valid Indian mobile number for OTP sign-in) and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share OTP codes.
3. The BoxArena apps
User — book venues, join or create challenges, view scores, manage profile/wallet.
Partner — venue operators list arenas, manage courts/slots, and handle bookings.
Scorer — assigned officials score fixtures and confirm results.
4. Accounts
Accounts are created or accessed primarily via mobile OTP. The User app may also offer Google sign-in where enabled.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, attempt fraud, manipulate scores, or harm other users or venues.
5. Bookings, matches and scoring
Venue prices and cancellation windows are set by venues and shown in the product.
Official scores and dual confirmation flows are intended to be final subject to our dispute process.
6. Wallet and payments
Where enabled, deposits, bookings, entry fees, and payouts are processed through integrated payment partners (for example Razorpay / UPI).
Promotional balances may have restrictions. Taxes including TDS may apply where required by law.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Refund rules follow the venue policy at booking time and /legal/refunds
8. Fair play
No collusion, match fixing, score manipulation, harassment, or unlawful use of the platform.
9. Liability
Sports involve injury risk; you participate voluntarily. Venues are often third-party operated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoxArena is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited as permitted by Indian law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer protections.
