Refunds & Cancellation
When you get your money back, and how much — aligned with venue policies shown at booking time.

1. Bookings
Each venue sets a free-cancellation window. Cancel inside that window for a refund to wallet (or original method where supported).
After the window, partial or no refund may apply as shown in the app. Once a slot has started, bookings are generally non-refundable.
If the venue cancels, you receive a full refund of the booking fee paid.
2. Matches and escrow
If a paid challenge/match is voided under platform rules, escrowed entry fees are returned according to product rules at the time of the match.
